Life today

Certain things in life take you by surprise and redirect the path that you are on. Whether you personally choose to accept and embrace that path or fight it tooth and nail is your choice. In some ways yes life today is actually better than what I pictured, a new edition to our family, leaving a farm to move back to the city in order to spend more time with my family. On the other hand I never saw myself or our youngest two moving back to the city leaving behind our cows and beginning an e-commerce company, writing code for a new social media platform to compete with TikTok coming out soon in our future. You make new connections and grow distant from old ones as well. All in all it is different but more meaningful and fruitful.
